To enhance our student information system with upgraded functionality, our district is preparing for a major system update, migrating from Skyward SMS 2.0 to Skyward Qmlativ in July 2027.
This transition is a comprehensive effort that has been underway since August 2026. Key departments—including the Superintendent’s Office, Business Office, Information Technology, School Counselors, and Building Level Staff—are actively driving the planning and rollout process. Crucial ongoing preparation includes:
- Careful migration planning and data refinement
- Setting up user security access within the TLA
- Configuring training resources in the Knowledge Hub Professional Development Center (PDC)

Staff Group Training

Comprehensive training sessions rolled out for identified staff groups to ensure competency with the new system.
Teacher Gradebook Training

Focused access and training sessions specifically for educators utilizing the new gradebook modules.
