Care Solace

A person writes in a notebook with a reminder that reads, 'I intend to accept myself today, love myself tomorrow, and appreciate myself always.'The Deer Lakes School District is committed to the social and emotional well-being of our students, staff, and families and aims to provide a safe, healthy, and welcoming learning environment. In support of that ongoing commitment, we have partnered with Care Solace to provide an additional layer of mental health resources for the members of our school community.

Students, staff, and families may access, at no cost, Care Solace services 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, and 365 days per year in three ways:

Parents/guardians can call (888) 515-0595 at any time. A dedicated Care Companion will help individuals research options, secure appointments, and follow up to make sure it is a good fit.

Parents/guardians can do an anonymous search and answer a few questions to get matched with an extensive list of care providers at Care Solace.

Care Solace professionals will connect individuals with providers accepting all medical insurance and sliding scale options for those without insurance. All information entered on the Care Solace tool is completely confidential and securely stored. This service is an optional resource available by choice and is not mandatory to use. Care Solace is not an emergency response service or mental health services provider. In the event of a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or the National Suicide Hotline at (800) 273-8255.
